What is included in the rent?

Trash removal, water/sewer, and one free parking space.

What are residents responsible for?

Residents are responsible for electricity, which is the source of your general use, cooking and running the HVAC systems fans. 

How many parking spaces do you receive and where do you park?

Residents in one-bedroom apartments receive one free spot in our lot, and two-bedroom apartments get two free spaces.  The lot is located on the west side of the property.  There is additional parking in a city-owned lot adjacent to this lot, available for guests.

Do all the apartment homes have terraces?

Most floor plans offer terraces of various sizes.

Do any apartments have tubs?

Our two-bedroom, two-bath units offer a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Is there any additional storage on site?

We currently do not offer additional storage on site. There is a storage facility 0.6 miles away (CubeSmart Storage) on Hale Street.  Depending on size, they range anywhere from $59-$100 per month.

Are pets welcome?

Yes, we have a two-pet max per apartment (cats and dogs).

Restrictions: Wolf Dog, Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman, Bull Mastiff, Mastiff, German Shepherd, Alsatian Shepherd, Husky, Samoyed, Chow Chow, Spitz, Giant Schnauzer, Airedale, Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Akita, St. Bernard, Presa Canario, Alaskan Malamute, Great Dane, Pitbull.


What are the pet rents?

  • $35 per cat/month (indoor only).

  • $50 per dog/month.

  • One-time $59 charge for the dog pet DNA program-used to help keep the community clean and assure owners pick up after their pets.


Is there a dog relief area?

Yes, an area with artificial turf and drainage especially designed for dogs is located in front of the building.


How do residents take their trash out?

There are trash chutes on every floor, for both trash and recycling.  


Does maintenance service all apartment needs?

Maintenance is available 24/7.


What is the application process?

We accept applications online on our website at haverhillheights.com. A $500 first month’s rent deposit is required. Anyone who will be residing in the apartment over the age of 18 will need to fill out an application. Security deposits may vary, due to special offers, and will range from $500 up to a full month’s rent.


What are the lease terms offered?

We offer leases from 6 to 18 months. Short term leases (considered anything less than 12 months) will increase monthly rent by $300 per month.


Do you offer furnished apartments?

Partially furnished apartments are available; please inquire and we can discuss details with you.


When is the restaurant and bar intended to open?

We hope to open the 1st floor restaurant, Bosa, and the 10th floor rooftop bar, BosaBar, in late 2021 or early 2022. Plans are subject to change. Residents will receive VIP reservations and discounts.


What type of food will they offer?

Bosa will offer upscale coastal Italian cuisine. BosaBar will offer small plates and appetizers.
